Accept / decline links
Let athletes — or their parents — confirm or decline a competition with a single link. No account or login is required, so it works for everyone in your club right away.
Sharing the link
In a competition’s workspace, copy the link for an athlete and share it however you like — email, a messaging app, wherever you already reach them.
What they see
The link opens a simple page showing the competition and the athlete’s name, with Accept and Decline buttons. Their answer is recorded as a separate response status(no response / accepted / declined) — it doesn’t change your own coach status, so you always see both.
For athletes under 18, send the link to a parent — anything that commits to a cost should be confirmed by a guardian.
A record is kept
Every response is logged with a timestamp, so if there’s ever a question about who confirmed what, there’s a clear record to check.
