Event Planning
Athletes
Your athletes are the heart of Event Planning. Add them once and their details — date of birth, weight, belt and more — make it easier to match competitions, plan ahead, and fill in entries later. Athletes live in your club; you can plan for them whether or not they have their own account.
Adding athletes
Open Event Planning and use Add athlete. Name is all that’s required — everything else is optional and can be filled in later: date of birth, sex, current weight, level (e.g. Senior, Junior), training group, and belt.
Importing a list
Have many athletes? Use Import and paste one athlete per line. The minimum is first and last name; you can add more columns, separated by semicolons:
firstName;lastName[;dateOfBirth;sex;weight;trainingGroup;level]A live preview shows which rows are valid before you import, and the import is checked against your remaining capacity.
Weight and details
You can record an athlete’s current weight and a target weight to help plan which categories they can compete in. Target weight is treated as sensitive — it’s hidden by default, and not used for athletes under 18.
Capacity
Your athletes share a single capacity for the whole club. The Club plan includes a base number of athletes; you can expand it if you need more. Archivedathletes (those who have left or paused) don’t count toward your capacity and can’t be assigned to competitions — archive them instead of deleting to keep their history.
