Proposing athletes & status
For each competition in a plan you decide which athletes should take part and keep track of where things stand.
The event workspace
Click a competition in the plan to open its workspace. Under Assignments you can add athletes, search and filter the roster, and remove anyone added by mistake. This works well even with a large roster.

Your planning status
Each assigned athlete has a status you control as the coach — for example interested, likely, confirmed or not attending. This is your view of the plan. What the athlete or parent has actually answered is tracked separately — see Accept/decline links.
