Checklists
Checklists help you and your staff track everything that needs to happen before, during, and after a tournament. They can be linked to an event and assigned to specific staff members or areas. Checklists are available on the Pro and Club plans.
Pro plan: 1 checklist per event. Club plan: unlimited.
Creating a checklist
Open the dashboard, go to the Checklists tab, and click New checklist. You can start with a blank checklist or pick a template. You can also link it to a bracket at this point.
Checklists can also be created directly from an event's Checklists tab, which automatically links them to that event.
Structure
Checklists use a three-level hierarchy:
- —Chapters — top-level sections, e.g. Day before, Morning setup, Post-event.
- —Sections — groups within a chapter, e.g. Mat area, Registration desk.
- —Items — individual tasks. Each item can be checked off as done.
Templates
System templates are pre-built checklists for common tournament setups. When you create a checklist from a template, the full structure is copied into your new checklist so you can customise it freely without affecting the original template.
You can also save your own checklists as templates for reuse across future events.
Sharing with staff
When a checklist is linked to an event, it becomes visible to staff members who have been assigned to the relevant area. Staff can check off items from the event dashboard without having full access to the event settings.
You can also enable the Shared toggle on a checklist to allow anyone with a link to view (but not edit) the checklist.
