As responses come in, the plan gives you a quick read on how participation is shaping up — without opening each competition one by one.

At a glance

Each competition in the plan shows a small summary of how many athletes have accepted, are awaiting a response, or have declined. A summary across the whole plan sits at the top, so you can see where you still need to chase confirmations.

Following up

To see exactly who is in which state for a competition, open its workspace — the per-athlete response and your coach status are both there. Send a fresh accept/decline link to anyone who hasn’t responded yet.
