Seasonal plans

A seasonal plan is where you collect the competitions for a part of your season — for example “Autumn 2026 – Group A”. Inside a plan you add competitions and decide which athletes should attend each one.

Creating a plan

In Event Planning, choose Create seasonal plan and give it a clear name (and a season, if you like). Open the plan to start adding competitions and athletes.

Using several plans

You can keep more than one plan at a time. That makes it easy to separate groups or levels — for instance one plan per training group, or separate plans for juniors and seniors — so each plan only shows the athletes and competitions that belong to it.
