Features
Brackets
A bracket organises participants into a structured competition. SportsBracket supports seven formats, from simple knockouts to the repechage systems used in international judo.
Creating a bracket
Open the dashboard and click New bracket. Fill in the name, an optional sport label, and choose a format.
The Free plan allows up to 3 saved brackets with a maximum of 16 participants each, and only the Single elimination format. Pro and Club plans have no limits.
Adding participants
On the bracket draft page there are two ways to add participants:
- —Type or paste names — enter one name per line in the text area and click Generate bracket.
- —Self-registration — share a public link and let participants register themselves. See Self-registration.
Participants can be seeded by dragging them into position before generating the bracket.
Running a bracket
Once generated, click any match on the bracket to record the winner. The winner advances automatically to the next round. In repechage formats, eliminated athletes are re-routed to the repechage draw as the main bracket progresses.
The bracket is saved automatically after each result. You can undo a result by clicking the match again.
Printing and export
Each bracket has a print view at /my-brackets/[id]/print. Free users see a watermark on printed brackets. Pro and Club users get a clean output.
