RULES The list of compulsary and free katas according to each category can be found on www.tomodachi-dojo.ch -> Tomodachi Events -> Tomodachi Kata Cup Competitors must show the katas as defined. It is allowed to perform the same kata in the finals, semifinals and the 3 rd & 4 th place round (exception: Golden League). If less than 4 participants/teams are registered, two categories can be put together. In this case compulsory and free katas stay the same according to the grade. To save time, we reserve the right to have the lower belt U16 individual categories perform their kata simultaneously. If so, this would only be the case in the preliminary rounds. A lower belt competitor is allowed to compete in a higher belt category, however has to choose only 1 individual and/or 1 team category.
