The weigh-in for all competitors. · Each country must gather its fighters at the same time for the weigh-In · Any competitor who does not attend the weigh-in will be disqualified At Check in competitors: You must be prepared to give the following documents: · ID or Passport · Waiver form signed by the competitor (18+ years old) (Annex1) or the parent/guardian of competitor (under 18 years old) (Annex 2). · Protective gear: each fighter must have his/her own protection equipment Medical Insurance Requirement All team members must have a medical insurance certificate for the duration of their stay. · Doctors certificate (only for kumite competitors) (Annex3). Referees and Judges · Participation for all referees and judges is free. · If want to obtain the title of International Judge or Referee given by the Kyokushin World Federation (KWF). International Judge: 50 € (must be minimum 2nd dan and National referee). International Referee: 75 € (must be minimum 3rd dan and International Judge).
