Iraqi Kyokushin Federation Tournament Program The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Kyokushin World Federation (KWF) and the Arab Kyokushin Federation, as well as the official Kyokushin sport rules approved by the Iraqi Central Kyokushin Federation. April 23, 2025 – Team Arrival & Registration Location: Baghdad, Iraq • Arrival of participating teams in Baghdad Governorate. • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM – Admission Committee & Player Weigh-in. o Players who fail to attend the weigh-in will be disqualified. April 24, 2025 – Referee & Technical Meetings • 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM – Refereeing Course & Technical Committee Meeting. April 25, 2025 – First Day of Competition • 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM – Opening of the first day's competitions. April 26, 2025 – Second Day of Competition & Closing Events • 12:00 PM – Opening Ceremony & Folklore Band Performances. • 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM – Semi-finals, Finals & Award Ceremonies. • Dinner Party. • Executive Board Meeting of the Arab Kyokushinkai Karate Federation. April 27, 2025 – Training & Certification • 27th Arab Kyokushin Training Camp & Classification Course for coaches and referees. • Supervised by: o President of the International Federation o President of the Arab Federation o President of the Asian Federation o International Referees and Coaches Committee • Black Belt Testing. • Free Day Tour day – Museum Visit, Shopping, and Dinner Invitation for Participating Delegations. April 28, 2025 – Departure • Departure of National Teams. Required & Mandatory Equipment • Men: Mouthguard and groin guard (mandatory). • Young Men & Women: Headguard, groin guard, shin guard, white gloves, and mouthguard (optional). • Women: Chest guard and mouthguard (optional). ___________________________________ Accommodation Al-Mansour Hotel - Qasr Al-Karam Hotel General Rules • Each participating team may nominate up to five referees with international experience. • Each male and female player is eligible to participate in both Kata and Kumite. • Each participating team must provide a separate insurance certificate for its players.
