LT COMPETITION REGULATIONS IN LITHUANIAN TARPTAUTINĖS KIOKUŠIN KARATĖ VARŽYBOS „SAULĖS MIESTO TAURĖ 2024“ RUGSĖJO 28d. ŠIAULIAI NUOSTATAI: I. Tikslas Paminėti kiokušin karatė sporto šakos ir klubo Tori 30-ies metų jubiliejų Šiaulių mieste. 2024-2025 mokslo metų varžybinio sezono atidarymo šventė. Išsiaiškinti pajėgiausius pradedančiuosius klubų sportininkus, ugdyti vaikų sportinį meistriškumą, populiarinti kiokušin karatė Šiauliuose, bei Lietuvoje. Skatinti jaunimą sportuoti, sveikai leistį laisvalaikį ir pramogaut kartu su karatė bendruomene vienoje didžiausių Lietuvos arenų neformalioje aplinkoje. II. Varžybų vieta, laikas, mandatinė, svėrimas, teisėjų seminaras 1. Vieta: „Šiaulių arena“, Jono Jablonskio g. 16, LT-78162 Šiauliai, Lietuva 2. Laikas: 2024m. rugsėjo 28d., šeštadienis 3. Svėrimas: Svėrimas pagal klubų atsiųstus duomenis. 4. Atvykinas: visiems klubams nuo 10:30 val. 4. Mandatinė komisija ir teisėjų seminaras – 10:30 – 11.30 val. 5. Varžybų pradžia – 12.00 val. 6. Dalyvavimo sąlygos, taisyklės, programa: Amžiaus grupės: U-6 2018 g.m.; U-7 2017 g.m.; U-8 2016 g.m.; U-9 2015 g.m.; U-10 2014 g.m.; U-11 2013 g.m.; U-12 2012 g.m; U-13 2011 g.m.; U-14 2010 g.m.;. U-16 2008-2009 g.m.. Kvalifikacija: I grupė 0 Kyu (baltas diržas); II grupė 10-9 Kyu (oranžinis diržas ir oranžinis diržas su mėlyna juostele); III grupė 8-7 Kyu (mėlynas diržas ir mėlynas diržas su geltona juostele). Varžybų rungtys: I rungtis – Kumite II rungtis – laisvai pasiremkamos rungtys, atskiroje zonoje, skirtos užimti vaikus varžybų metu. Svorio kategorijos: Sportininkai bus skirstomi į svorio kategorijas kas 5 kg ir mažiau, registruojant sportininkus į varžybas per app.kumitetechnology.com įrašyti tikslų sportininko svorį. Taisyklės: I rungtis – Kumite (vaikinai ir merginos) semi-contact, pilnos apsaugos, pagrindinio laiko kovos trukmė U6-U9 1 min., U10-U16 1,5 min., galimas pratęsimas 1 min.. Varžybos vyks pagal galiojančias LKKF amžiaus taisykles. II rungtis – laisvai pasirenkamos pramoginės rungtys, taisykles organizatoriai atsiųs papildomai, paaiškėjus varžybų dalyvių skaičiui. Apranga ir apsaugos: Apranga balta kimono, individulios apsaugos šalmai, baltos spalvos kojų ir rankų, kelių (U16) ir kirkšnies (berniukams) apsaugos, organizatoriai aprūpina sportininkus apsauginėmis liemenėmis. Pastaba: Susidarius dideliam varžovų skaičiui arba nepakankamai dalyvių, organizatoriai pasilieka teisę skaidyt kategorijas. Jeigu nesusidarys amžiaus grupėse konkurencinis dalyvių skaičius, kategorijos gali būti naikinamos ir apjungiamos. Apdovanojimai Visi varžybų dalyviai bus apdovanoti taurėmis bei diplomais. Kiekvienas varžybų dalyvis turės apyrankę, kuri suteiks leidimą 1 kartą apsilankyti „ Sayonaros zonoje “, kur trenerių, teisėjų ir sportininkų lauks TORI klubo gimtadienio vaišės. IV. Varžybų vidinė tvarka 1. Visi renginio dalyviai, kurie nesilaikys varžybų organizatorių ar apsaugos darbuotojų nurodymų bus šalinami iš varžybų. Varžybų žiūrovai varžybas privalės stebėti iš tribūnų. 2. Reikalavimai gali keistis pagal sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos nutarimus. 3. Sportininką paruošia kovoms klubo atstovai arba varžybų savanoriai. 4. Ant tatamio teisėjaus po vieną kvalifikuotą referį, klubams savų teisėjų vežtis nebūtina. 5. Organizatoriai turi teisę apjungti ar keisti kategorijas, jeigu kategorijoje yra 1-3 dalyviai. V. Finansavimas Sportininkus finansuoja miesto, rajono sporto skyriai, valdybos ir kt. organizacijos. Dalyvio startinis mokestis – 30 Eur. Jei reikalinga sąskaita faktūra jis turi būti pervestas į Karatė klubo TORI sąskaitą LT60 7044 0600 0228 4726, Mokėjimo paskirtis – „Varžybų mokestis“ iki rugsėjo 27 dienos. P.S. startinis mokestis neatvykus dalyviui negrąžinamas. VI.Dalyvių paraiškos Dalyvius registruojame iki rugsėjo 25 d. per app.kumitetechnology.com Vėliau gautos paraiškos negalios ir sportininkams nebus leidžiama dalyvauti varžybose. Varžybų burtai bus paskelbti rugsėjo 28 dieną, atvykus į mandatinę komisiją. Informaciją apie neatvykstančius į varžybas dalyvius galima bus pateikti rugsėjo 28 d. iki 09:30 val. Laiku neinformavus mandatinę komisiją apie sportininko neatvykimą jis bus laikomas dalyvaujančiu. MANDATINĖJE KOMISIJOJE PRIVALOMA PATEIKTI: - paraišką su gydytojo vizomis arba gydytojo pažymas; - vieno iš tėvų (globėjų) sutikimą dalyvauti šiose varžybose (tėvų sutikimo nuoroda https://drive.google.com/file/d/1G01anxP5nvcMSySLYPK_5T2chH8FEqoK/view?usp=sharing ). Sportininkas neturintis gydytojo leidimo ar tėvų (globėjų) sutikimo bus diskvalifikuotas iš varžybų. Jeigu varžybų dieną sportininko svoris (su sportine apranga ir kojų apsaugomis) viršys 2 kg deklaruotą svorį, sportininkas taip pat bus diskvalifikuotas. Klubui, kurio sportininkas diskvalifikuojamas, skiriama nuobaudą 20 € . VII. Purpose To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the sport of kiokušin karate and the club Tori in Šiauliai. Celebration of the opening of the competitive season of the 2024-2025 school year. To find out the most capable novice club athletes, to develop children's sportsmanship, to popularize kiokušin karate in Šiauliai, as well as in Lithuania. To encourage young people to play sports, spend their free time in a healthy way and have fun together with the karate community in one of the largest lithuanian arenas in an informal environment. II. Venue, time, mandate, weighing, judges' seminar 1. Location: "Šiauliai Arena", Jono Jablonskio str. 16, LT-78162 Šiauliai, Lithuania 2. Time: Saturday, September 28, 2024 3. Weighing: Weighing according to the data sent by the clubs. 4. Arrival: for all clubs from 10:30 am. 4. Mandated Commission and Judicial Seminar – 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. 5. Conditions of participation, rules, programme: Age groups: U-6 2018; U-7 2017; U-8 2016.; U-9 2015; U-10 2014; U-11 2013; U-12 2012; U-13 2011; U-14 2010; U-16 2008-2009. Qualification: Group I 0 Kyu (white belt); Group II 10-9 Kyu (orange belt and orange belt with a blue stripe); Iii group 8-7 Kyu (blue belt and blue belt with a yellow stripe). Competition matches: I match – Kumite Competition II is a free-range match, in a separate zone, designed to occupy children during the competition. Weight categories: Athletes will be divided into weight categories every 5 kg and less, registering athletes for competitions during the app.kumitetechnology.com record the exact weight of the athlete. Rules: Competition I – Kumite (guys and girls) semi-contact, full guard, main time fight duration U6-U9 1 min., U10-U16 1.5 min., possible extension 1 min.. The competition will be held in accordance with the current rules of the LKKF age. Competition II – freely chosen entertainment matches, the rules will be sent by the organizers additionally when the number of participants in the competition becomes clear. Clothing and guards: Clothing for white kimono, individual protective helmets, white protection for the protection of legs and arms, knees (U16) and groin (for boys), the organizers equip athletes with protective vests. Note: In the event of a large number of competitors or an insufficient number of participants, the organizers reserve the right to divide the categories. If there is no competitive number of participants in the age groups, the categories may be destroyed and merged. Awards All participants of the competition will be awarded with cups and diplomas. Each participant in the competition will have a bracelet that will give permission to visit the " Sayonaros zone" for 1 time , where coaches, judges and athletes will be waiting for the birthday feast of the TORI club. IV. Internal order of the competition 1. All participants of the event who do not follow the instructions of the organizers of the competition or security guards will be excluded from the competition. Spectators of the competition will be required to watch the competition from the stands. 2. Requirements may change in accordance with the resolutions of the Ministry of Health. 3. The athlete is prepared for battles by representatives of the club or volunteers of the competition. 4. One qualified referee on the tatami, clubs do not need to carry their own referees. 5. The organizers have the right to combine or change categories if there are 1-3 participants in the category. V. Financing Athletes are funded by city, district sports departments, boards, etc. organizations. The entry fee for the participant is 30 Eur. P.S. the starting fee in the event of a participant's absence is not refunded. VI.Applications of participants We register participants until September 25rd. during the app.kumitetechnology.com Applications received later will not be valid and athletes will not be allowed to participate in the competition. The competition spell will be announced on September 28, upon arrival at the mandated commission. Information about non-attendees can be submitted on September 28 until 09:30. If the mandate commission is not informed in time of the absence of the athlete, he will be considered involved. An athlete without the permission of a doctor or the consent of the parents (guardians) will be disqualified from the competition. If, on the day of the competition, the athlete's weight (with sportswear and leg guards) exceeds the declared weight of 2 kg, the athlete will also be disqualified. INFORMATION FOR CLUB MANAGERS After the competition, there will be a SAYONARA 18+ party (planned time at 6 p.m.), during which we will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the club TORI at the inn "Collector's Pub", at Rūdės 27B, Šiauliai, to which all current and former members of the club, coaches who contributed to the organization of the competition, guests, sponsors and friends with second halves will be invited.
