PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS All competitors must present the following documents: A written medical certificate (in English), confirming that the participant is fit and healthy. The certificate must be issued within the last 6 months. A parent's approval form from a legal guardian for all underage competitors (under 18 years old at the time of the event) A declaration of participation in the tournament A health information form Coaches must wear the official team uniform, Referees must wear the official referee uniform as required by EKO. AWARDS: Trophies and certificates will be awarded to the 1st place, 2nd place and two 3rd places in each category.
